For renewals, please be prepared to tell the issue and expiry date, age of the applicant, country of residence and decide if your name will change in the new passport.

  • Passports - Renewal/Lost Replacement/Adult/Minor

    Requirement vary by situation but the basic documents are birth certificate, passport and photographs. Marriage certificate or divorce decree may be required but it depends on the name you are using and the name on your ID, if ID is required. ID is required for all lost passports as well as a police incident report and statement.

  • Birth Certificates/Marriage Cert/Adoption Cert

    To obtain a birth certificate you will need your birth entry code. You will also need the correct spelling of your mother’s name and the district of your birth. If you have not record of your birth we can assist you with a search to obtain the code. for a marriage certificate you must have the marriage officer’s name in order to apply for a replacement. As with the birth cert we can assist you with obtaining this information if you need. For an adoption certificate you must know the adoptive parent’s name.

  • Citizenship - Descent/Marriage/Adoption

    Citizenship by descent requires birth certificate for the applicant as well as for the Jamaican parent. If grandparent is the Jamaican a birth certificate is required fo both the parent and he grandparent in addition to the applicant’s birth cert. An ID is also required and photographs. We fill the forms and advise you on everything you need to know. Citizenship by marriage is lengthy process requiring several documents. We no longer assist with this process but we an provide you with the information.

  • TRN - Taxpayer Registration Number

    What should we know about the services you provide? Better descriptions result in more sales.

  • Drivers Licence - Lost/Renewal

    PS. You cannot apply for a first time driver’s licence while you are living overseas. We can however assist you with a renewal or a replacement. You will need a tax payer registration number (TRN) and birth certificate and valid government ID.

  • Yes you may enter Jamaica on an expired passport. But, you will need to get a new passport while you are in Jamaica. You may not re-enter your country of residence without a valid passport.

    Yu also need to ask the airline if they will allow you to board.

    This will depend on several factors: most importantly, what country you are in,

    how long you have had your passport,

    will your name change in the new passport,

    is your passport lost, stolen or damaged,

  • Go to your precinct/police station in your area and explain that you have lost your passport an your consulate needs and “incident report” in order to get you a new passport.

  • A police report is one of the required documents when a passport is lost or stolen. You must make a report. Not reporting it can expose you to identity theft etc.
